We are currently in the process of fixing a long standing bug of certain types of items not being moveable in doors to owned houses by non-owners/guests. We have effectively solved it. We don't know when we will patch it but it is coming; at a minimum it will not happen until Tuesday the 20th Server Save. Please start removing and not ever placing anything in a doorway you are not comfortable with a player walking by and taking.

Patch Notes:

  • There was a cosmetic bug in Ankrahmun that has been fixed.
  • Outfits refresh when opening the Outfit's Window instead of on login. So you no longer need to relog anymore to update outfits.

  • There was a bug with the Efreet Faction Quest, concerning a fountain at the Fortress. This has been fixed.

  • There were certain issues with Dura's Launcher that have been fixed.

  • There was a bug with NPC Nah'Bob. This has been fixed.

  • There was a map bug with a house, this has been fixed.

  • No longer possible to logout in Emberwake's chambers.

  • Various other map bugs have been fixed.

  • Christmas Store Items have been added into Dura.

  • Bunch of Map Bug fixes.

Khepresh Original Vision Fulfilled:
Khepresh has recieved it's original vision for The Kha'labal. 


u New Houses have been added to Ankrahmun.
u For Lease Durations: Instead of lasting 1 Real Life months they now lasts 6 months.
u When you first purchase a lease-house the fee of the 1st month will be deducted from your person immediately.
u For every month after that during your lease the month's fee will be deducted from you bank account.
u If you don't have money in your bank account to pay the monthly fee you will be kicked from the lease and not have to pay the remaining amount.
u If you want to leave your lease-house you can do so at anytime with !leavehouse. When doing this the remaining fees on the lease do not need to be paid.
u This effectively means you can only own the lease for 6 months, but you do not need to pay 6 months up front, only 1 month at a time.
u When a lease expires instead of now having to wait 12 Real Life hours to repurchase the same house (which will allow others to purchase it) you now must wait 24 hours.
u Ruinous Pyramid in Ankrahmun has been slightly increased in size.
u Old Granary 2 in Ankrahmun has been slightly increased in size.

u Miscellaneous Patch Notes in No Particular Order:
u Ambushes added to the Caves of the Forty.
u Raids have not been added to Khepresh.

u If you do not have Premium Account then on logging you will be kicked from the regions of Darashia and Ankrahmun.

Under Sun and Moon

The desert, though its face is plain and absent, lends itself to changing moods. In the day it is sultry and enflamed as the sands would burn your feet if not clasped in sandals; red countenance when the sun is on the horizon while through the day orange and yellow dunes meet a cloudless blue sky. And yet its night is an endless chasm like a deep yawn, a time of contemplation and planning. It is a land of volatility with each tide bringing opportunities to the seasoned passenger who knows how best to use them.





From Thursday, January 29th Server Save to Monday, February 2nd Sever Save the following will occur:

 In the Kha'labal you will receive a very significant increase in Health Regeneration during the Daytime.
 In the Kha'labal you will receive a significant increase in Mana Regeneration during the Nighttime.
 Anywhere not in The Kha'labal you will receive an increase in Health Regen during the Daytime.
 Anywhere not in The Kha'labal you will receive a modest increase in Mana Regen during the Nighttime.
These conditions will not stack if your in The Kha'labal.

In the depths of winter, when the snow lies heavy and the mountains glisten like polished mithril, the dwarves know well how to turn the bitter chill into a celebration of life’s richest blessings. For when the winds howl and the stone halls grow quiet, there is one thing that stirs their spirits like no other: Ale!

Hark, for this is no ordinary brew. The Dwarven Ale flows deep and hearty, rich as the veins of ore beneath the mountains, and bold as the songs sung by firelight. It is the lifeblood of feasts and the nectar of tales. Gather now, kindred spirits and adventurers alike, for the tavern doors swing wide, inviting all to step into a world where warmth is not just felt but shared.

Here, amidst the glow of roaring flames and the clamor of celebration, the air fills with the scent of roasted meats, the melody of jubilant voices, and the cheer of clinking tankards. Raise your mug high and let the frothy crown of ale spill in triumph! Tell your stories, sing your songs, and toast to the bonds forged in steel and laughter.

So heed the call, weary wanderer. Cast off the weight of your travels and take your place at the table. For tonight, the ale flows freely, the spirits run high, and the winter’s chill stands no chance against the blazing heart of the dwarven halls. Drink deep and be merry, for this is a night of legends in the making!





From January 16th Friday Server Save 10:00 EST, to January 20th Tuesday Server Save 10:00 EST, Dura will have the following effects when one is drunk:

u  500% Health Regeneration
u  40% Health Pool Increase
u  20% Damage Increase FOR PVE only, all attacks, spells, and runes affected
35% Healing Increase for both spells and runes

Certain Quests will not be available during this event, these include the following:
Captain's Quarters Fairouz's Arena Quest
Torture Demonic Realm Quest
Annihilator Quest

Patch Notes - January 8th 2026

Client Upgrade:
- You must use the Dura Launcher today to receive the Patch.
- To note going forward it is Ideal that every day (and really every time) you Play Dura you should use the Launcher. The reason is it will always ensure you are up to date without complications.

Patch:
- Orange Amulet of Loss will now work up to level 1000.
- Gravestones and street signs now can contain text going forward. 
- - - They should not be writeable by Players but by Game Creators.
- Santa returned to his house in Vega until next Christmas.
- It's now possible for you to travel up to 100 floors of depth underground, as well as skyward. You will experience this in future updates.
- The Gameworld will now save every 6 hours to mitigate Rollbacks severity. The save should feel like 1~ second of lag. We'll monitor this and your feedback to it.
- Added new player commands for Test Server. They will only work inside Test Server. (!commands)
- Improved Supplier NPC for Test Server

Bugs:
- You can now access the Emperor's Vault Hall with the proper key
- Fixed Thais Dragon's ambush. It was not spawning.
- Fixed rope not working on some ladders and fluid splatters/pools.
- - - Reference Example: Ankrahmun ladders and blood splatter over a hole you pick.
- Fixed some typos in Poison Spider and Troll Dolls.
- Keys can no longer be inscribed using inkwells.
- Amulets of Loss (all types) can no longer be inscribed using inkwells.

- Fixed Faisal giving rewards unproperly
- Improved NPC Shalmar
- Fixed recharging Ghazuul's Helmet
- - - Report it if there are still problems or new problems.
- All elemental beam, wave, and great beam spells have been debugged and now work how they are intended. They have not been altered at all, only fixed.
- - - These should be fully debugged with zero issues/bugs. There were many.
- - - We'll publish a Manual on how these spells function, including there mana costs and under what circumstances: https://discord.com/channels/665957535412649994/1458957874578591784

- Fixed several typos in raid messages.
- Forty Thieves raid will no longer spawn in Ankrahmun's citizenship portal.
- Fixed items that shouldn't be rotatable/moveable but should still be usable/readable.
- Parcels can no longer be sent to depots that are full. Watch your mail when you throw it!
- The Caravan when it's out of resources is supposed to broadcast more than once. This has been fixed.
- Mythical Boots fixed, it was not apply stats.
- There was a bug with exchanging soulbound ancient knives. This has been fixed.
- 'tibia' in text, dialogue, and other has except a few instances has been changed to 'dura'
- Various map fixes, both cosmetic and substantial. Nothing that is mysteriando-related.

Game Store:
- Premium Account Scrolls have been removed from the Website's Store. If you want to buy Premium Account you can do so in the internal Game Store under the Jeweled Accounts category.

Unknown Strength

Faith is as mysterious as it is powerful. The warrior monks of this abbey when it was first christened made pilgrimage (that is crusade) against many a city. On the eve of each battle they would pray and abstain from all nourishment but water. There are stories where a single blow to the head of those who stepped to challenge these monks would break it as if it were an apple. If we give ourselves up to god, up to our own spirit, if we settle our mind with our body as one united and pure then often our bodies deliver us strength we did not know we had.

During Unknown Strength all melee and distance attacks, as well as all runes and all spells which deal damage as well as heal health points can critically strike. When these attacks and abilities critically strike they will have double the power they normally would. All attacks and abilities that deal damage apply in PvE situations, but they do not apply in PvP situations.

Unknown Strength will begin Tuesdsay 6th of January at 11:00 EST Server Save.
Unknown Strength will end Saturday 10th of January at 11:00 EST Server Save.

Hibernation

In the thick of Dura’s forest, there’s a cave where bears gather to face the winter. It’s not grand or mystical—just cold rock, hard earth, and the raw survival instinct that drives them. As autumn fades and the air gnashes the skin sharper, the bears come. They’ve eaten well, packing on fat from whatever they could find—berries, fish, roots, small game. Now they’re heavy and slow, ready for the long sleep ahead.

The cave fills up quickly. Bears of all sizes settle in, pressed close against the stone walls. The place smells of damp fur and old soil, and the only sound is the slow, deep breathing of animals settling into hibernation. They’ll stay here, huddled together, as the snow falls and the forest freezes over, their bodies living off the stores of fat until spring comes around again. No mysticism—just survival.
