Terms and Conditions For Dura Coin Purchases

1. All purchases of Dura Coins are entirely optional and not required for gameplay on this server.

2. By purchasing Dura Coins, you acknowledge that Dura Coins are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. All purchases are voluntary, and Dura Coins are provided solely for use within the Game. Dura Coins may be used to obtain in-game items or services as made available through the in-game store.

3. By completing a purchase of Dura Coins via PayPal or any other payment method accepted by Dura, you agree to the terms presented in the following lettered statements (A-I), and their subsections:

A. You will at no time initiate a recall or reversal of your purchase from Dura.

B. You will not dispute the charges incurred to your PayPal account or any other payment method from your voluntary purchase from Dura.

C. You acknowledge that all purchases are voluntary and final, and are not refundable under any circumstances.

D. You understand that all purchases are made of your own free will, and agree to all the aforementioned rules.

E. If you do not agree to these terms, or cannot honor this contract, do not make a purchase.

F. Continuous violation of our server rules may result in an account ban, regardless of whether any purchases have been made.

G. Dura Coins have no cash value and may not be redeemed with, or converted to fiat currency by, Dura. Dura does not act as an exchanger, intermediary, custodian, or escrow agent for Dura Coins or user-to-user transactions.

H. Dura does not recognize, endorse, facilitate, or assume responsibility for any transfer or sale of Dura Coins between users, and shall not be liable for any losses, disputes, fraud, or claims arising from such third-party transactions. All such transactions are undertaken entirely at the users' own risk.

I. Users are strictly prohibited from exchanging or attempting to exchange in-game items (excluding Dura Coins), accounts, characters, in-game gold, or services for real-world money or value. Violations may result in immediate account action, including but not limited to permanent suspension.

You automatically agree to the Dura Terms & Agreements following any and all purchases of Dura Coins:

•  If you are under 18 years old, you must have the express permission of your parents or legal guardian.
•  You are forbidden from purchasing Dura Coins with money that does not belong to you.
•  We reserve the right to change or modify the Dura Terms & Agreements at any time, without notification.
•  We reserve the right to modify any store offers, including prices, at any time, without notification.
•  We reserve the right to add, remove, or adjust Dura Coin balances from player accounts at any time for any reason, without notification.

Refund Policy

• Dura will not provide refunds under any circumstances.
• If you are banned, you will not receive a refund.
• If you do not favor the service of Dura Coins, you will not receive a refund.
• If you unexpectedly did not receive your Dura Coins, and are unable to provide tangible proof of your payment, you will not receive a refund.
• You may appeal a claim for missing Dura Coins through our official Discord ticket support system, and we will review your case.

PayPal Purchases

• Any player that attempts to chargeback a purchase made through PayPal will be PERMANENTLY IP-RANGE BANNED.
• The account of the player will be HARD DELETED!
• This action once done CANNOT be undone.

Dura Coin Exchange

If you for any reason have your Dura Coins, or Store Offers purchased with Dura Coins, damaged, broken, lost, etc. you will not receive an exchange or refund for any reason.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, our subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, advertisers, partners, and co-branders from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, that may be made by any third party, that is due to or arising out of your conduct or connection with this website or service, your provision of Content, your violation of these Terms of Use or any other violation of the rights of another person or party.

Disclaimer of Warranties

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS WEB SITE AND ANY SERVICES OR CONTENT PROVIDED (THE SERVICE) IS MADE AVAILABLE AND PROVIDED TO YOU AT YOUR OWN RISK. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
